​​​​​​​Q: What is the dress code for Day 1?

A: Business casual for corporate new hires.  For field employees please contact your manager.

Q: What is the Corporate Office dress code?

A: For Corporate new hire, take a look at the “Prepare for your First Day” tab in this same Pre-Onboarding page to find the Office Dress Code.  For field employees please contact your manager.

Q: How do I get to the office?

A: The corporate office address is 7651 Esters Blvd: suite 200, Irving, TX 75063.

  • You can park in the front or back of the building.
  • The LES office is located on the second floor, Suite 200.
  • Check-in with our reception desk and ask for the hiring manager.

​​​​​​​Q: Can I refer a friend?

A: Yes, we are hiring.  Please contact your manager for further details.

Q: Is uniform provided? 

A: Yes, for field employees we provide uniforms.  Your manager will explain all about the uniforms on day 1.

Q: What do I wear in the meantime? 

A:  You can wear office casual clothing for day 1.  Field employees, contact your manager for specifics on what to wear.

Q: What PPE is provided?

LES provides the following PPE to our FSTs: uniforms, safety glasses, hard hats, work gloves, and safety shoes.

Q: Who do I contact for Boot vouchers?

A: Contact your manager for the boot voucher.

Q: About training> for new hires

A: Your manager will provide you with information regarding training. Training will be tailored based on the position you were hired.

Q: How long does the background take?

​​​​​​​A: Once all forms are completed, it can take an average of five to seven business days to receive the results. However, several factors can contribute to the time frame.

Q: Where are the locations for drug screenings? 

A: You will receive an email from our third-party vendor First Check, where you can select a location close to you.

Q: What do I need to bring on my first day?  

A:  For your first day, you just need to bring your documents for your I-9, Click here for more info.

Q: Do LES offers health benefits? 

A: Yes, LES offers health benefits.

Q: Who is eligible for benefits?  

A: Full time employees are eligible for benefits and your eligible dependents.

Q: How do I enroll in my LES benefits?

A:  Once you are hired in the system, you will be able to enroll through UKG – Click Here​​​​​​

Q: When Am I eligible to enroll?

A: You have 30 days from your date of hire to elect your benefits. *If you are a re-hired employee, don’t hesitate to contact the benefits coordinator.

Q: Does LES offers flexible spending accounts (FSAs)?

A:  We offer two FSA plans.  Medical and Dependent care.

Q: When do my benefits go into effect?

A: Benefits – 31st day after your date of hire.

401K – 1st of the month following 90 days of employment.

Q: When do I enroll in the 401K?

A: You are automatically enrolled at 3%, unless you decline to participate.

Q: When do I start accruing PTO?

A: Full time employees start accruing PTO day 1.

We will offer a benefits orientation to all new hires during the first week of employment.  During the benefits orientation new hires will have the opportunity to meet our benefits coordinator, get her contact information and ask specific questions.
